  1. I think these numbers have moved back down. We did stretch out. But now back down to under 90 calendar days 5 days to produce plans, purchase orders and permits. 80 days to build, 5 days to get closed. We do have one market that can take 20 additional days to get permits . During shortages and government office we expanded out to 5 to 9 months.
