Mortgage Bankers: Loan Delinquencies Continue to Fall

The Mortgage Bankers Association’s National Delinquency Survey showed the (seasonally adjusted) overall delinquency rate on first-lien residential mortgages fell to 7.4% during the first quarter of 2012.
