NAHB’s Economics and Housing Policy staff will offer analyses of what to expect in 2018 for all sectors of the housing market. A sample of sessions, including locations, is offered below.

NAHB Chief Economist Robert Dietz will present NAHB’s economic and housing outlook. Also presenting economic analysis will be Dave Berson, Chief Economist at Nationwide and Frank Nothaft, Chief Economist at CoreLogic.

January 10 at 8am Valencia Ballroom
Learn how NAHB’s grassroots guides the association’s direction. Robert Dietz will also present the economic and housing outlook, with a focus on the implications of new tax legislation.

Robert Dietz will moderate a panel of housing experts who will address emerging millennial market demographics, home prices and the investors’ outlook for public builders. The panel includes Ali Wolf of Meyers Research LLC, Len Kieffer of Freddie Mac and Stephen Kim of Evercore ISI.
The Economics and Housing Policy team will also present updates to various NAHB Committees and Councils at IBS.
